Design for Exciting Indoor and Outdoor Exercise Area

Pets become lazy when they are enclosed for most part of the day. They would be unable to move around and exercise in a cage. If there is more than one guinea pig in the cage, movement in the cage becomes very difficult.

If you want your pet to be happy and healthy, you would need to provide it with some space, where it can run and play with its companions. It would be advisable for you to design for an exciting indoor and outdoor exercise area, where the pigs could indulge in some sort of activity.

Guinea pigs are social animals and in their natural habitat, indulge in lot of playful activity. When they are kept locked in cages they become withdrawn and in some cases it could also lead to sickness. The guinea pigs could also become overweight, if they do not get any time and space to play and exercise.

Overweight guinea pigs have a number of health problems, which includes heart problems, diabetics and respiratory problems to name just a few. If you want to avoid all these health problems and keep your pet healthy, you would need to have an exciting indoor and outdoor exercise area, where they can indulge in activities, which will keep them healthy.

You do not need a very big space for your pets to play. The space requirement would vary depending on the number of guinea pigs that you have as pets. If you have more than two pigs, you would probably require a bigger space, which would accommodate all their playful activity.

You can have the play area either indoors or outdoors depending on the availability of space in your home. It would be advisable for you to ensure that the play area is safe. It would be a joy seeing your pet playing and enjoying itself.
